Being a vocal leader on the football pitch comes naturally to Caltex Socceroos defender Bailey Wright.
So much so that the 26-year-old's teammates sometimes have to tell him to be quiet.
But it's all par for the course for the imposing central defender, who was made club captain of English Championship outfit Bristol City in August 2017.
Now, the former Preston North End man is bringing those leadership qualities to Caltex Socceroos camp in Busan ahead of their international friendly with Korea Republic on Friday, 7 June.

“My leadership quality is something that has grown over the years as long as I’ve played football," Wright told www.socceroos.com.
"It's certainly a role I’ve taken on more since I’ve been at Bristol City.
“I think if that’s how I am as a person, I just need to bring it out more and those things just happen naturally.
“Sometimes I need to get told to shut up a little bit, I like to commentate whilst I’m involved with sessions - that’s just the way I am, that’s how I get the best out of myself and my teammates.”

Wright also said he was thrilled to be back involved with the Caltex Socceroos after battling back from an injury-riddled season.
"I try not to think about what I've missed," he said.
“To be out on the pitch now and really get a feeling of what he [head coach Graham Arnold] wants to build, it’s exciting."
