To ensure your experience is an enjoyable one, we've prepared the following information to help you with your visit.

Arrive Early & Win - First 2000 guests to receive $10 food and beverage (non-alcoholic) voucher to redeem prior to kick-off.
Free Face Painting - Located inside Gates 2 & 7 until 7:30pm.
$9 Kids Meal Deals - Available via outlets at Aisles 4 & 28 (Level 1) and Aisles 4 & 27 (Level 3). 

Vaccination Requirements

Attendees aged 18+ must have received two or more doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine, or have valid proof of medical exemption, to attend events at AAMI Park. Guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination (or exemption) to enter the venue. You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Services Victoria app through MyGov or the Express Medicare Plus App.  

Proof of vaccination can also be shown through the Medicare app, or your smartphone wallet. You can also present a printed copy of your digital certificate or immunisation history statement, or evidence of a valid exemption.  

COVID-Safe Settings

Due to vaccination and check-in requirements, as well as an expected capacity crowd, we strongly recommend arriving before 7:30pm to avoid missing kick-off.  

All guests must check-in prior to entry using the QR codes at their designatedgate. Manual check-in will be available for guests without a smartphone.

Your designated gate and allocated entry time are listed on your ticket. You must enter via your designated gate only. 
Masks must be worn indoors, in queues and on concourses, and are strongly encouraged in your seat.

Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or are required to isolate as directed by the Victorian Department of Health. 

Physical distancing of 1.5 metres should be observed throughout the venue wherever possible, including when queueing, using venue facilities and moving about the venue. 

AAMI Park is now operating in a totally cashless environment.   

When exiting, please wait for the rows closest to the exits to depart first. 

Getting Here

Due to the Australian Open, parking at Melbourne & Olympic Parks (Eastern Plaza) will be closed until 3 February 2022. Seek alternative parking or take public transport if you can.

Significant delays are expected on the West Gate Freeway as part of the West Gate Tunnel Works. Plan ahead and allow extra time for travel. For more info, click here

Cloaking & Prohibited Items

As a condition of entry, all guests are subject to a ticket check, bag search and security screening at all entrance points to the venue.

Cloaking is no longer available, so any prohibited items will need to be disposed of prior to entry.  

Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat is not permitted, and a limit of one bag per person applies.
