Starting in Czechia, where Awer Mabil was an unused substitute on Wednesday as Sparta Prague drew 0-0 with FC Slovácko to clinch the Czech first division in their second-last game of the season.

Mabil could be involved on Sunday at 12am (AEST) when Sparta close out the season and celebrate in front of their home fans against FC Viktoria Plzeň.

Over to Scotland, where Garang Kuol came off the bench in the 83rd minute to score his first goal for Heart of Midlothian in a 2-2 draw with Rangers on Wednesday.

With only moments remaining in the match, the 18-year-old nudged the ball into the net and dashed towards the Hearts' supporters to join in their celebration, incurring a yellow card from the referee.

Kye Rowles, and Nathaniel Atkinson played full games, while Cameron Devlin started and played 70 minutes. They could feature again on Saturday at 9:30pm (AEST) against Hibernian in the Edinburgh derby.

Elsewhere in Scotland, Ryan McGowan played a full game and scored a late equaliser for St Johnstone in a 3-3 draw with Kilmarnock on Sunday.

He could feature again on Monday at 12am (AEST) when they host Livingston.

James Jeggo also came off at half time as Hibernian beat Celtic 4-2 with Subway Olyroo Lewis Miller winning a penalty for his side. Meanwhile, Keanu Baccus was substituted at half time and Ryan Strain came off in the 70th minute as St Mirren lost 3-0 to Aberdeen on Wednesday.

St Mirren face Rangers on Saturday at 9:30pm (AEST), while Hibs face Hearts on Saturday at 9:30pm (AEST).

At the other end of the Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures, Aziz Behich was suspended for Dundee United's 3-0 loss to Kilmarnock on Thursday. The loss leaves United on the brink of relegation from the Scottish Premiership.

He could return to the line-up against Motherwell on Monday at 12am (AEST).

In the English Premier League, Harry Souttar made his return to the starting line-up and played a full game as Leicester City claimed a crucial point in a 0-0 draw with Newcastle United on Tuesday.

It was Souttar's first start in a month for the Foxes and he was named man of the match for his part in stopping a Newcastle side that confirmed their qualification for the Champions League.

The goalless draw marked a significant milestone as it secured Leicester's first clean sheet in 22 matches. This result propelled them ahead of Leeds United in the standings, yet they find themselves lingering in the bottom three with only one match left to play.

On Monday at 1:30am (AEST) all three of the relegation-threatened teams are at home; Everton host Bournemouth, Leeds faces Tottenham and Leicester welcomes West Ham.

Leicester have a superior goal difference so a win on the final day along with a Toffees draw or loss against Bournemouth would see them avoid relegation.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Alexander Robertson was an unused substitute in Manchester City's 2-2 draw with Brighton on Thursday.

Over to the Netherlands, Maty Ryan is likely to be in goal as AZ Alkmaar look to finish the Eredivisie season with a win against second-placed PSV on Sunday at 10:30pm (AEST).

Alkmaar will need to win the match and hope that third-placed Ajax lose to FC Twente, who sit in fifth. A third-place finish will ensure a Europa League play-off spot while finishing in their current position will force AZ through Europe Conference League qualifiers.

In Serie B, Fran Karacic played a full game for Brescia Calcio in a 1-0 loss to Cosenza Calcio on Friday in the first leg of the Serie B relegation play-out.

The play-out was required after Brescia Calcio and Cosenza finished the regular season on equal points. In Serie B, the 16th-placed team must be five or more points ahead of the 17th-placed team for the play-out not to occur.

The second leg will take place on Friday, June 2 at 4:30am (AEST).

Over to the US Open Cup, where Brad Smith played a gull game on Wednesday as Houston Dynamo beat Minnesota 4-0 to advance to the quarter-finals. He could feature in MLS action on Sunday at 10:30am (AEST) when they face Austin.

Elsewhere in the MLS, Milos Degenek could return for Columbus Crew on Monday at 10:30am (AEST) when The Crew face Nashville, while Alex Gersbach could also return for Colorado Rapids on Sunday at 11:30am (AEST) when they play Cincinnati.

Over to Asia, where Thomas Deng played the first half for Albirex Niigata on Wednesday as they lost in the J League Cup against Avispa Fukuoka. He could feature again on Sunday when they host Gamba Osaka at 3pm (AEST).

Elsewhere in the J1League, Mitch Langerak is likely to start again when Nagoya Grampus face Consadole Sapporo on Saturday at 2pm (AEST).

In the J2 League, Mitch Duke is expected to be in action when Machida Zelvia face Tokushima Vortis. Machida are now seven points clear at the top of the table as they hunt promotion to Japan's top flight.

In the K1 League, Harrison Delbridge is likely to be in action for Incheon United on Saturday at 8pm (AEST) when they face Daegu.

In Germany, Jackson Irvine and Connor Metcalfe's St Pauli will also close out the season when they face Karlsruher SC on Sunday at 11:30pm (AEST). St. Pauli must pick up at least a point to finish fourth.

In Norway, Gianni Stensness and Nick D'Agostino could be in action alongside Subway Olyroo Patrick Yazbek when Viking FK face league leaders FK Bodø/Glimt on Tuesday at 1am (AEST).

In France, Denis Genreau's Toulouse FC host AJ Auxerre on Sunday at 5am (AEST) as they look to finish the Ligue 1 season strongly. Toulouse are 13th in the league with two games remaining.
