Aaron Mooy's Celtic can wrap up the title in their first post-split game against a Hearts team full of Socceroos while even more Australians meet across the Scottish Premiership.

Check out our wrap of all the recent overseas action and preview of what is to come!

Subway Socceroos

Starting in France where Toulouse FC could not continue their positive momentum after winning the French Cup as they returned to Ligue 1 action with a 1-0 loss to Lens on Wednesday. Denis Genreau started and played 71 minutes.

He is likely to feature again on Sunday at 11pm (AEST) when they face Ajaccio.

Over to Asia, where Thomas Deng played a full match in Albirex Niigata's 1-0 loss to Yokohama FC on Wednesday in the J1 League.

He could feature again on Sunday when Albirex face Kashiwa Reysol on Sunday at 3pm (AEST). After three losses in a row, Albirex are 13th in the J1 League.

Elsewhere in the J1League, Mitch Langerak was also in goal as Nagoya Grampus played out a 2-2 draw with Vissel Kobe on Wednesday.

He is likely to appear again on Saturday when they host Gamba Osaka on Saturday at 8pm (AEST).

In the J2 League, Mitch Duke started and played 69 minutes for Machida Zelvia on Wednesday as they beat Omiya Ardija 1-0 to retain their lead at the top of the table.

Duke is in line to start again on Sunday when he faces his old side Fagiano Okayama and fellow Aussie Stefan Mauk at 3pm (AEST).

In the English Premier League, Harry Souttar was an unused substitute on Wednesday as Leicester City drew 2-2 with Everton in their bid to preserve Premier League safety. The point moved Leicester out of the relegation zone with 30 points from 34 games.

Souttar could return to the lineup on Tuesday when Leicester face Fulham at 12am (AEST).

In the English Championship, Riley McGree returned to the starting lineup on Monday with an 80-minute display in a 1-0 loss to Rotherham.

Boro might already be assured of their play-off place but they can also have a big say in who else finishes in the top six as they play a Coventry side (Tuesday 12am AEST) that needs just a point to guarantee their spot on the final day of the regular season.

Elsewhere in the Championship, Tom Rogic is likely to feature in West Brom's last game of the regular season when they face Swansea on Tuesday at 12am (AEST).

While Coventry City and Millwall control their own destinies in the fight for fifth- and sixth-place, Blackburn Rovers, Sunderland, and Rogic's West Brom are hoping for a final-week win and help to reach the playoffs.

Kenny Dougall could also appear for Blackpool in their final game of the season on Tuesday at 12am (AEST). However, it will not be a happy ending for the Seasiders, who were relegated to League One on Saturday following a 3-2 loss to Millwall.

In League One, Massimo Luongo is likely to be involved in Ipswich Town's final match on Sunday at 9pm (AEST). Having already secured promotion to the Championship, Ipswich still have a shot at winning the title on the final day. The club sits second in League One, just one point behind Plymouth Argyle.

After wrapping up the Premier League 2 Division 1 title a fortnight ago, Alexander Robertson will likely feature for Manchester City U21 when they face Arsenal U21 on Saturday at 10pm (AEST).

In Scotland, Aaron Mooy is likely to feature in Celtic's first Scottish Premiership post-split fixture against Cameron DevlinKye Rowles, Nathaniel Atkinson and Garang Kuol's Heart of Midlothian on Sunday at 11:15pm (AEST).

Celtic can wrap up the title with a win at Tynecastle but Hearts will be desperate to prevent that with three points that could be precious in their own quest for European football.

Elsewhere in Scotland, even more, Australian internationals will be in action when James Jeggo and Subway Olyroo Lewis Miller's Hibernian face Keanu Baccus and Ryan Strain's St Mirren on Sunday at 12am (AEST).

At the other end of the Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures, Aziz Behich's Dundee United will be in action against Ryan McGowan's St Johnstone on Sunday at 12am (AEST) as both teams look to avoid relegation.

United are the form team of the relegation-threatened ones, having won three on the bounce but the Saints could get close to securing their own top-flight status with a weekend victory.

In the Netherlands, Maty Ryan's AZ Alkmaar face Ajax on Sunday at 5am (AEDT). It is a pivotal match in the race for the top three league positions as AZ lie two points behind Ajax in fourth place.

After bouncing back from two consecutive 2. Bundesliga defeats with a win on the weekend, Connor Metcalfe and Jackson Irvine will be looking for a positive result when St Pauli face league leaders Darmstadt on Sunday at 4am (AEST).

With only four games remaining, St Pauli currently occupies the fifth position in Germany's second division. The top two teams secure an automatic promotion to the Bundesliga while the third-placed team faces the third-bottom team from the top tier in a play-off to determine the final spot in the following season's Bundesliga.

St Pauli sit six points off the third-placed team.

In Czechia, Awer Mabil could be in action again on Sunday when they face Sigma at 11pm (AEST) in matchday 1 of the Czech First League Championship rounds.

He was not involved in Thursday's 2-0 Czech Cup Final loss to Slavia Praha.

In Serie B, Fran Karacic could feature when Brescia Calcio face Parma on Monday at 12:15am (AEST). Brescia are currently 16th in the league with three games remaining.

In Serie B, the bottom three teams in the league table are relegated to Serie C. The team that finishes in 20th place (last place) is automatically relegated to Serie C, while the teams that finish in 18th and 19th place participate in a two-legged playoff against the third and fourth-placed teams from Serie C to determine which teams will play in Serie B the following season.

In Norway, Nick D'Agostino is a chance to feature alongside Gianni Stensness and Subway Olyroo Patrick Yazbek when Viking FK face Strømsgodset Toppfotball on Monday at 1am (AEST).

D’Agostino scored a goal and assisted for the Norwegian club in a crazy 7-3 win over HamKam while Yazbek also picked up an assist so the pair will be looking to build on their form.

Viking are third in the league after four rounds.
