In Czechia, Awer Mabil came on in the 66th minute on Sunday as Sparta Prague closed out the season and celebrated their title win in front of their home fans with a 1-0 loss against FC Viktoria Plzeň.

Over to Scotland, where Aaron Mooy was absent from Celtic's 5-0 trophy day win over Aberdeen on Sunday. However, he did join in the league title celebrations.

In Germany, Jackson Irvine played the first half while Connor Metcalfe came off in the 75th minute for St Pauli as they also closed out the season with a 1-1 draw against Karlsruher SC on Sunday. After a mixed campaign, St. Pauli finished the season in fifth.
