The Socceroos bowed out of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™ on Wednesday after a 2-0 loss to Peru in Sochi.
It brings to an end more than five weeks together as a squad, from their training camp in Turkey to their exploits in Russia.
Bert van Marwijk’s side gave a good account of themselves in all their group games against powerhouses France, Denmark and Peru.
And while the side leaves the tournament without a win, it’s no doubt been a great experience for all the players.
