James Troisi

He’ll always be remembered as the man who scored the decisive goal in extra time of the Asian Cup final in 2015.

Another of the attacking midfielders who’ve prospered under Ange Postecoglou, the Belgian based Troisi can play as a creative midfielder or as a striker.

He has power to burn, a great work-rate and an eye for goal.

His club career began in Newcastle, England, before stints in Turkey, Italy and back home in Australia with Melbourne Victory before a move back to Europe where he now finds himself at Zulte Waragem in Belgium.

No doubt the South Australian will be key on the road to Russia 2018.
