How to watch: Socceroos v Jordan

Socceroos Next Fixtures - June Playoffs

Australia warms up for their must-win game against the UAE with a friendly in Doha against Jordan on Wednesday (Thursday, 4am AEST).

The Socceroos' FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ qualification campaign has reached its final stretch but before that, the Socceroos hit it out against a familiar foe.

The Socceroos will play a televised international friendly against Jordan in Qatar on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 (local time) at Al Janoub Stadium, before challenging UAE six days later.

Looking to replicate the UAE match as much as possible, the Jordan fixture will see the Socceroos take on Western Asian opposition, in the same climate, city, and pitch conditions that they need to overcome a week later.

This game ticks a lot of boxes that the Australian players and coaching staff will be seeking as they make the final adjustments to the tactics and the squad ahead of the penultimate stage of World Cup qualification.

How to watch

Each of Australia’s matches over the coming fortnight, including the friendly against Jordan, will be broadcast live and free on Australia's 'Home of Football,' Network Ten and 10 Play, as well as subscription streaming service Paramount+.

Network 10 will also have a crew covering the Socceroos in the Middle East, ensuring that supporters are able to stay in touch with the team’s campaign via regular features on 10 News and other programming.

For international viewers in countries without a broadcast partner, the match will be live streamed on the My Football YouTube channel.
