Four wins in the space of 12 days ensured Australia finished in top spot of the Asian Qualifiers Group B, advancing to the third and final phase of qualifying for Qatar 2022.
A 3-0 win over Kuwait was followed by a 5-1 victory over Chinese Taipei, 3-0 triumph over Nepal and 1-0 result against Jordan as the Socceroos dealt with challenging conditions in the Middle East.
A total of 29 players were utilised, with seven enjoying their international debuts.
