Awer Mabil has secured Danish Superliga bragging rights over Australian teammates Mustafa Amini and Alex Gersbach after a late penalty helped FC Midtjylland to a 1-0 win over AGF on Monday morning.
Brazilian forward Evander scored an 88th minute penalty for Midtjylland who maintain their perfect start to the campaign after three matches.

Mabil watched on from the substitutes bench, while Amini played the full 90 minutes. Amini’s AGF teammate Alex Gersbach was not involved.
The win keeps Midtjylland second on the Danish Superliga table behind reigning champions Copenhagen on goal difference.
