The Subway Socceroos are one step closer to the third round of FIFA World Cup qualifying after a strong 2-0 victory over Lebanon at Parramatta's Commbank Stadium.
Australia took the lead early through a long range strike from Keanu Baccus. Kye Rowles' volley from a set piece in the second half doubled the lead and secured the Socceroos third win in three qualifying matches.
