Socceroos defender Trent Sainsbury has joined Belgian Pro League side KV Kortrijk on a two year deal.
Trent Sainsbury has signed on with Belgian outfit KV Kortrijk after recently departing Israeli side Maccabi Haifa.
The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a two year contract with KVK who currently occupy 10th position in the Belgian top flight after the first two rounds of the 2020/21 season.
Sainsbury’s new club will be looking to build upon last season’s standing which saw them finish the campaign in 11th after the decision was made to curtail the season with one round left to play due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
