'There's great depth in the whole of Australia': Maclaren welcomes Giannou arrival
Jamie Maclaren says the arrival of Apostolos Giannou underlines the great striking depth within Australia.
Giannou joined up with the Socceroos in Al Ain as a replacement for the injured Martin Boyle, who was ruled out of the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019 two days ago.

“There’s great depth in the whole of Australia,” he said.
“Apo’s a great striker and he’s proven that and he’s only going to make our squad better and add to the striking power that we’ve got.”
