Rogic helps Celtic into Scottish Cup semi finals

Caltex Socceroos midfielder Tom Rogic provided the assist for one of two goals by Moussa Dembele as Celtic progressed into the Scottish Cup semi-finals overnight.

Celtic opened the scoring in the second half when Rogic supplied the cross for Dembele to power home the opener against Greenock Morton.

Dembele made it a brace with a penalty while Odsonne Edouard was also on target for Celtic in the 3-0 win.

Rogic forced the Greenock keeper into a one-handed save from the edge of the area and had a volley narrowly off target in the first half.

The Aussie international was subbed off after 68 minutes.

Elsewhere, Caltex Socceroos striker Jamie Maclaren's Hibernian had their game with Hamilton postponed during the week due to the extreme weather conditions.  It will now be played on April 3.
