Young Socceroos head coach Trevor Morgan has been forced to make a change to his 20-player squad for this month’s four nations tournament in Portugal, with Dimitri Valkanis ruled out through injury.
Replacing Valkanis is 18-year-old Adelaide United FC defender Panagiotis Kikianis.
The FPF Portugal Sub-18 will be played in Lisbon from 5 – 15 June and features U-18 national team squads representing England, Portugal, and Norway along with Australia in a round-robin format.
