Kick off time and location confirmed for Australia v UAE play-off

The match details for Australia’s AFC play-off against the United Arab Emirates on June 7 (local time) have been confirmed.

Qatar’s Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium will host the one-legged affair, where the Socceroos will play for a spot in the FIFA World Cup™ intercontinental play-off against Peru. 

The same venue will host that subsequent fixture in Doha a week later, on June 13 (local time). 

Australia’s match against UAE will kick off at 10pm local time, which equates to 5am AEST on Wednesday, June 8.

Graham Arnold’s side will prepare for their play-off tilt with a friendly against Jordan, played in Doha on June 1 (local time - kick off TBC). 

Australian audiences can watch all of the Socceroos’ June matches live and free via Network 10, simulcast on 10 Play. 

Further ticketing information for all three fixtures will be advised by Football Australia as soon as possible.
