Australia face Argentina in the Round of 16 of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.
The Socceroos finished runners-up in Group D on six points behind France and now square-off against the two-time World Cup winners, who topped Group C with six points.
This will be our eighth meeting against the Albiceleste and first at the major tournament.
The last time the two nations met was an international friendly back in 2007 at the MCG, which the South Americans prevailed 1-0.
The match kick-offs on Sunday morning, 4 December at 6:00am (AEDT), with the entire country set to be again captivated as they continue to throw their support behind the Green and Gold.
