Gallery: Socceroos' first training session in Kuwait

Check out some snaps from Socceroos camp after the squad completed their first training session in Kuwait ahead of their FIFA World Cup Qualifier on Friday morning (AEST).

Graham Arnold’s 31-man squad recently touched down in Kuwait ahead of their upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers which are set to begin on Friday June 4 (AEST).

Pictured in the gallery above are some of the latest arrivals in the Socceroos camp, with eight in total taking part in their first session with the squad.

A-League players Jamie Maclaren, Andrew Redmayne, Curtis Good, Connor Metcalfe, Rhyan Grant and Ryan McGowan can be seen after they recently linked up with the Green and Gold.

There is also a first glimpse of Adam Taggart, who has jetted in from Japan. The Cerezo Osaka striker popped up with the Socceroos’ last goal, against Jordan back in November 2019.

Kenny Dougall is another fresh face in the camp, who will be looking for his first Socceroos cap following a memorable weekend at Wembley where he scored a brace in Blackpool’s League One play-off triumph.
