The Socceroos were denied a winning start to the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019™ after losing 1-0 against Jordan in Al Ain on Sunday night.

Graham Arnold’s side created a string of chances, especially in the second half, but were undone by Anas Bani Yaseen's first-half header.
