Caltex Socceroo star Tom Rogic has been unable to help Celtic avoid defeat in their latest European Champions League outing against Germany giant Bayern Munich.
The Caltex Socceroos playmaker was introduced off the bench with 25 minutes remaining in their away clash against Bayern .
The home side were 3-0 up at that stage with no further scoring taking place during Rogic's time on the field.
The Socceroo did however test Sven Ulreich with a shot in the 75th minute, but the Bayern goalkeeper kept it out with a fine save.
Celtic return to Scottish Premier League action this weekend with a visit to Hibernian.
Rogic will be a key player for Australia in next month's make or break World Cup qualification playoff with Honduras.
