Caltex Socceroo striker Nathan Burns will remain in Japan after signing for Hiroshima Sanfrecce, his new club confirmed today.

- Burns, 29, left Tokyo FC to join Hiroshima after playing 26 league games (and six in the Cup) since signing in 2015 in Tokyo.
- He scored three goals during his spell with Tokyo FC, known as the Gas Men.
- Burns won the Johnny Warren Medal for best player in the Hyundai A-League in 2015.
- The Aussie striker will join his new teammates from July 18.
