Beginning his career with Melbourne Victory, Nabbout was used primarily as a substitute and released at the end of the 2014/15 season. With his career at a crossroads Nabbout signed with Malaysian club Negeri Sembilan FA, scoring 9 goals in 14 games before once again being released.
He returned to Australia and joined the Newcastle Jets prior to the 2016/17 season. After a slow start to the season Nabbout started to find form and was named January Player of the Month.
2017/18 saw Nabbout take his game to another level scoring 10 goals and assisting six in 22 appearances. This led to interest from some top sides in Asia before eventually signing for Urawa Red Diamonds in March 2018.
Nabbout’s pace and power will be valuable assets in the Socceroos 2018 World Cup campaign.

Nabbout made his Socceroos debut in Australia’s recent friendlies against Norway and Columbia, starting both matches.
Nabbout also started the recent friendly against Czech Republic, playing a starring role and scoring his maiden Socceroos goal.
Nabbout has played for A-League clubs Melbourne Victory and Newcastle Jets. Nabbout won 2017/18 A-League Goal of the Season for his outside-of-the-foot shot against Western Sydney Wanderers.
