Terms & Conditions

The competition commences at 10am (AEDT) on 20 January 2016 and closes at 8pm Tuesday 29 March 2016 (Promotional Period). Entry is open to all ticket purchasers who enter a valid club password during the Promotional Period, with the Prize awarded in favour of the ticket purchaser’s registered 2015 club.  Chance plays no part in determination of the winning club. There will only be one prize winner. The winning club will be notified via phone and/or via email on Friday 1 April 2016. The name of the winning club will be published on the Football Federation Australia website www.footballaustralia.com.au for a two week period from the date of the determination of the winner. FFA’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, FFA (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the FFA’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the FFA; or (d) use of the prize. The entrant, and club in accepting the prize, agrees not to bring any claim or proceeding against FFA (including its officers, employees and agents) for any damage, loss, injury or liability suffered in participating in this competition or otherwise connected with you accepting and performing the prize. FFA collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition. By participating in the competition, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants’ personal information by FFA is to enable FFA to use the information to assist FFA in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages. By entering this competition, the entrant further acknowledges and agrees that FFA may share information with its Australian related companies and promotional partners who may contact entrants with special offers in this way. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting FFA on (02) 8020 4000 during office hours. A copy of FFA’s privacy policy is available at: www.footballaustralia.com.au. Any term in these Terms and Conditions that is either wholly or partly unenforceable will be severed to the extent necessary to make the remaining terms of these Terms and Conditions enforceable.
