Meanwhile the Dutch, who play Australia in the second group stage game, are down four spots to 15.

And Chile, who face Ange Postecoglou-s men in the opening match of the FIFA World Cup, move up one to 14th on the rankings.

Elsewhere, Greece moved into tenth spot and Scotland moved up 15 spots to 22 to be the big mover in the latest rankings.
