Three key Socceroos are under an injury cloud after weekend club games in the Hyundai A-League and MLS.

New York Red Bulls- Aussie superstar Tim Cahill left the pitch this morning with a suspected hamstring problem.

The Socceroo talisman striker was subbed off after just 32 minutes in New York-s 1-1 draw with Chivas USA.

And in the A-League, classy playmaker Tom Rogic was left out of Melbourne Victory-s starting XI to play Sydney FC on Saturday due to a groin complaint.

The Celtic loanee is also set to be rested due from this week-s trip to Japan for the Asian Champions League.

Also being rested from Victory-s clash against Yokohama F Marinos is Socceroo defensive midfielder Mark Milligan. He sustained a knock to his knee after a challenge from Sydney FC-s Alessandro Del Piero.

The Socceroos have had bad luck with injuries in recent months.

Starting XI striker Robbie Kruse from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and Middlesbrough-s Rhys Williams are both set to miss the World Cup due to injuries.

The final chance to see the Socceroos on home soil before they head to the World Cup will be when they take on South Africa in a farewell game on May 26 in Sydney. Tickets for the match, presented by NAB, are on sale now. Click here to secure yours today.
