Mooy's Huddersfield fall to red-hot Manchester City in EPL

Aaron Mooy has been unable to prevent his Premier League side falling to defeat at the hands of runaway leaders Manchester City.

Huddersfield Town took the lead through an own-goal from City's Argentine defender Nicolas Otamendi in first half injury time, but Sergio Aguero levelled from the penalty spot just after the break.

Raheem Sterling's goal with six minutes remaining gave City a record-equalling 11th-straight victory.

Mooy had the chance to grab Town a share of the points late in the game, but his free-kick flashed just wide of City's goal.

Huddersfield are 11th after 13 Premier League matches and next meet Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday morning (AEDT).
