It's Australia to kick-off.
We are just minutes from kick-off. The teams are coming out onto the field to a wet but appreciative crowd.
It's bucketing down with rain here at Stadium Australia, which you would think would favour Australia, given they play in these conditions a lot in Europe.
Richard Garcia gets his first for the Socceroos, with Tim Cahill starting from the bench. Pim Verbeek obviously concerned a little about Cahill effectiveness over the 90 minutes. It's a big game for Garcia, who could really stake a claim in this huge game. Michael Beauchamp start alongside Lucas Neill, while it looks like Scott McDonald will start alone up front.
For Uzbekistan, Server Djeparov takes his place in the side after recovering from injury that forced him off at half time against Qatar last Saturday. Hat-trick hero Farhod Tadjivev also takes his place in the side, despite picking up a hamstring strain on Saturday.
