The Socceroos will hold a one off fan day in Melbourne to urge Australians to RISE to the occasion and get behind the team ahead of January’s AFC Asian Cup.
Football fans will be able to get up close and personal with their heroes at Collingwood’s Training Ground on Sunday 4 January, in which entry to the ground is FREE.
The day will get underway at 10am and will include merchandise giveaways, face painting, and a signing session for fans.
The Socceroos squad is in Melbourne preparing for the AFC Asian Cup opener against Kuwait at Melbourne Rectangular Stadium on Friday 9 January.
The Socceroos have been placed in Group A where they will also take on Oman at Stadium Australia in Sydney on Tuesday 13 January and Korea Republic in Brisbane on Saturday 17 January.
