The Caltex Socceroos will face Cameroon in the group stage at June's FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017 after the Indomitable Lions won a thrilling Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final this morning.
Cameroon defeated Egypt with an impressive comeback 2-1 victory in Gabon to take out Africa's biggest prize.
Mohamed El Neny opened the scoring for the Pharoahs in the first half before Cameroon substitute Nicolas Nicoulou equalised for just before the hour mark.
Then with just two minutes of regular time left, Vincent Aboubakar was the hero for Cameroon with the winner for Hugo Broos' men.
The Caltex Socceroos will face Germany, Cameroon and Chile in their group at the Confederations Cup this June.
