Caltex Socceroos midfielder finds new home in Korea

Fringe Caltex Socceroos midfielder Oliver Bozanic is on the move, joining K-League outfit Pohang Steelers.

The move was announced on Tuesday, with the ex-Melbourne Victory and Central Coast Mariners playmaker to join the club following a medical next month.

Bozanic moves to Korea after spending last year with J-League side Ventforet Kofu.

The 28-year-old has played seven times for the Caltex Socceroos, including two matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Bozanic is Pohang's second foreign player signing after Brazilian defender Rafael Berger.

Pohang, who have won the K-League on five occasions, finished seventh in the 2017 season.
