Riley McGree played the full 90 minutes in Middlesborough's 1-1 draw with Coventry City, before they face the same opponent of two legs in the promotion play-offs beginning Sunday evening (AEST).

In the Premier League, Harry Souttar was an unused substitute as Leicester City suffered a 5-3 loss to Fulham United, dropping into the relegation zone with three matches remaining.

In Scotland, Aaron Mooy came off the bench in the 70th minute and assisted Celtic's second goal as the Hoops clinched the Scottish Premiership title on Sunday in a 2-0 win at 10-man Heart of Midlothian. Mooy now has 10 assists for the season the joint-second most of any player.

Ange Postecoglou's team clinched the title with four games remaining, setting them on track for a domestic treble. With this latest title, the Hoops have captured 11 titles in the last 12 years, and there's still a chance they could break their record for the highest points total of 106 before the season ends.

Kye Rowles also played a full game for Hearts while Cameron Devlin started and came off in the 74th minute. Nathaniel Atkinson was an unused substitute.

The possibility of Hearts finishing in third place received a boost thanks to Rangers' 1-0 victory over Aberdeen. However, despite their defeat in the match - which was their first in eight games - Aberdeen still maintain a five-point lead over Hearts.

Elsewhere in Scotland, James Jeggo played a full game while Subway Olyroo Lewis Miller came off the bench in the 91st minute in Hibernian's 2-1 win over St Mirren on Sunday. Ryan Strain also played a full game for St Mirren while Keanu Baccus came off the bench at half time.

At the other end of the Scottish Premiership post-split fixtures, Aziz Behich and Mark Birighitti played a full game for Dundee United in a disappointing 1-0 loss to St Johnstone on Sunday. Birighitti made six saves in the match, no goalkeeper produced more than the 32-year-old this weekend in the Scottish Premier League.

United remain 10th, one place behind St Johnstone, but are now just one point ahead of bottom side Ross County, who beat Livingston in Dingwall.
