United Kingdom

Starting in Scotland, where Aaron Mooy will be hoping Celtic can follow up their Scottish League Cup success with a victory in the league when the Hoops travel to Keanu Baccus and Ryan Strain's St Mirren on Sunday at 11pm (AEDT).

The Scottish Cup win is Mooy's first piece of silverware with the Hoops and his first since the 2017 EFL Championship play-off with Huddersfield Town.

Elsewhere in the Scottish Premiership, Aziz Behich could also feature for Dundee United when they face off against Aberdeen on Sunday at 5am (AEDT).

After a week off,  Cameron Devlin, Kye Rowles, Nathaniel Atkinson and Garang Kuol could be in action when Heart of Midlothian take on Ryan McGowan's St Johnstone on Sunday at 2am (AEDT).

James Jeggo could also return to Scottish Premiership action when Hibernian travel to Livingston on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

In the Scottish Championship, Dylan McGowan is a chance to feature in Hamilton Academical's match against Arbroath on Saturday at 6:45am (AEDT). 

McGowan hobbled off with a calf problem after 37 minutes in last week's  4-1 defeat to Queen's Park, which ended the club's run of five games unbeaten in the Championship.

The skipper has been a vital figure and fans will be hoping he shakes off a calf problem to face Arbroath.

In England, Harry Souttar was an unused substitute on Wednesday in the FA Cup 5th Round as Leicester lost 2-1 to Blackburn.

Souttar is likely to feature again in the Premier League when Leicester travel to Southampton on Sunday at 4:30am (AEDT). Leicester are 14th in the Premier League, three points above the relegation zone. 


In the Championship, Riley McGree will hope his Middlesbrough side can bounce back from their first defeat in six matches when they host Reading on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

Elsewhere in the Championship, Bailey Wright could appear in Rotherham United's tie against Queens Park Rangers on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

And it does not get any easier for Kenny Dougall's Blackpool FC when they entertain league leaders Burnley on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

Tom Rogic could also return for West Brom on Saturday at 7am (AEDT) when they take on Callum Elder's Hull City.

In League One, Massimo Luongo could be in line to feature for Ipswich Town FC again in a clash with Burton on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

Europe

In Germany, both Connor Metcalfe and Jackson Irvine will be looking to continue their impressive run of form when  St Pauli host Hansa on Sunday at 11:30pm (AEDT) in the 2. Bundesliga. 

 Irvine has scored in back-to-back games for FC St Pauli to continue their climb up the table, overcoming a slow start to the campaign to sit in seventh. 

In the Netherlands, Maty Ryan is likely to start again for AZ Alkmaar when they face Vitesse on Saturday at 6am (AEDT). 

After losing to league leaders Feyenoord, Alkmaar returned to winning ways and regained second position with a win last weekend so they will be determined to build on that momentum. 

Awer Mabil came off the bench in the 88th minute and featured in extra time and a penalty shootout as AC Sparta Prague advanced in Czech Cup quarter-final on Thursday with a 5-3 penalty win over Liberec after a 2-2 draw in regulation time.

Mabil could feature again for AC Sparta Prague when they return to league action against Teplice on Sunday at 4am (AEDT). 

Denis Genreau was also an unused substitute in the Coupe de France with Toulouse FC in a 6-1 win over Rodez on Thursday.

In France's Ligue 1, Genreau could be in action again when they host Clermont Foot on Monday at 1am (AEDT).

In Serie B, Fran Karacic played another 90 minutes in Brescia Calcio's 0-0 draw with Cittadella on Thursday.


He may play again when Brescia face Cagliari on Monday at 1am (AEDT).

Jason Davidson's KAS Eupen entertain Union Saint-Gilloise in the Belgian Pro League on Monday at 5:15am (AEDT). 

In Austria, James Holland is a chance to be in action for FK Austria Wien in the Austrian Bundesliga against Ried on Sunday at 3am (AEDT). 

Asia & The Middle East

The J1 League continues on Sunday at 4pm (AEDT) for Thomas Deng's Albirex Niigata as they look to get another positive result against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo. 

Niigata are sixth in the J1 League after starting the season with a draw and a win. 


Elsewhere in the J1 League, Mitch Langerak is also likely to play for Nagoya Grampus when they face Sagan Tosu on Saturday at 5pm (AEDT). 

Langarak has kept clean sheets in the opening two J1 League matches so he will be hoping that will continue. 


Mitch Duke is expected to feature for Machida Zelvia in the J2 League when they face Zweigen Kanazawa on Sunday at 4pm (AEDT). 

Duke has played 90 minutes in Machida's opening two J2 League matches. 

The K1 League also continues with Harrison Delbridge's Incheon United in action against Daejeon Hana Citizen on Saturday at 4pm (AEDT). 

In the Iranian Pro League, Ruon Tongyik could feature for Sanat Mes Kerman against Foolad on Monday at 10:30pm (AEDT). 

Over to Qatar, where Trent Sainsbury is likely to appear again when Al-Wakrah SC face Markhiya on Saturday at 3:30am (AEDT).

In the Israeli State Cup quarter-finals, Nikita Rukavytsya came on in the 101st minute for Maccabi Haifa in a 4-3 aggregate loss to M. Netanya on Wednesday.

Rukavytsya could feature again in the Israeli Premier League when Maccabi face Hapoel Haifa on Tuesday at 5:30am (AEDT). 

The United States

The MLS season also continues with Milos Degenek likely to feature again for Columbus Crew against DC United on Sunday at 11:30am (AEDT). 

Columbus kicked off their campaign with a 4-1 loss to Philadelphia so they will be hoping to bounce back against Wayne Rooney's side. 


Elsewhere in the US, Brad Smith could also be in action when Houston Dynamo FC face New England on Sunday at 11:30am (AEDT), while Alex Gersbach could feature for Colorado Rapids again when they face Sporting Kansas City on Sunday at 1:30pm (AEDT).

In the English Championship, goalkeeper Nicholas Bilokapic could be in action again when Huddersfield face Coventry on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

In League One, Caleb Watts may feature for Morecambe against Bolton on Saturday at 11:30pm (AEDT).

In League Two, Lachlan Brook could be in action again when Crewe take on Sutton United on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). 

Europe

In Germany, Alou Kuol may be in line to receive more first-team minutes for VfB Stuttgart when they face Bayern Munich on Sunday at 4:30 am(AEDT) in the Bundesliga. Otherwise, he could feature for VfB Stuttgart II when they face Hoffenheim II on Saturday at 4:30am (AEDT).

Dylan Ryan could also be in action in the Eerste Divisie when FC Den Bosch face PEC ZWolle on Saturday at 5:30am (AEDT). 

In Germany's 3. Liga, John Iredale could feature when SV Wehen Wiesbaden face FC Ingolstadt 04 on Sunday at 12am (AEDT).

  • In Italy's Serie A, Cristian Volpato could feature for AS Roma when they face U.S. Sassuolo Calcio on Tuesday at 4am (AEDT). Volpato was an unused substitute in a 2-1 loss to Cremonese FC on Wednesday.
  • In Serie B, Alessandro Circati may be in action when Parma face Reggina 1914 on Sunday at 2:15am (AEDT). Circati was an unused substitute in a 1-0 loss to Pisa on Wednesday.
  • In Greece, Apostolos Stamatelopoulos is a chance to feature for PAS Giannina against Volos FC on Monday at 2am (AEDT) in the Super League. 
  • In Croatia, Anthony Kalik may appear for Hajduk Split against NK Lokomotiva on Monday at 1am (AEDT) in the Croatian First League.

  • In the English Championship, Dean Bouzanis could feature when Reading face Middlesbrough on Sunday at 2am (AEDT).

  • Elsewhere in League One, goalkeeper Ashley Maynard-Brewer could be in action for Charlton Athletic against Plymouth Argyle on Sunday at 2am (AEDT).  Maynard-Brewer was in goal again on Wednesday as Charlton drew 0-0 with Peterborough. 
  • In League Two, Tete Yengi could feature again for Northampton Town when they host Crawley Town on Sunday at 2am (AEDT). Yengi came off the bench in the 63rd minute in a 1-1 draw with Harrogate Twon on Wednesday.
