Australian goalkeeper Brad Jones and his Feyenoord side have clinched the Eredivisie title with a 3-1 win over Heracles Almelo on the final day of the season.
Captain Dirk Kuyt was the star, scoring a hat-trick to guide Feyenoord to their first league title since 1999.

Kuyt's first goal came after just 38 seconds.
He headed in the second after 12 minutes and scored a penalty with six minutes remaining to put the result beyond doubt.
Jones was only beaten in the 89th minute by Peter van Ooijen's consolation goal.
The Aussie custodian has been a mainstay for Feyenoord this season, playing 32 of their 34 games after a move from fellow Dutch side Nijmegen.
