In a glitzy draw ceremony at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow, the Caltex Socceroos have been drawn in Group C at the 2018 FIFA World Cup with an opening game against world power France.
Australia, from pot 4, were drawn in Group C with the following nations from pots 1, 2 and 3.

The Aussies will face world power France in their opening group game on June 16.
