Federici

Adam Federici was a product of the Australian Institute of Sport before moving to England as a 17-year-old where he has spent the majority of his professional career.

After initially signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Federici found a home at Reading where he has made over 200 appearances for the Championship side over the last decade.

The 30-year-old has proved himself to be a reliable and energetic first-choice keeper, with his longevity a testament of his excellent shot-stopping skills.

Frederici made his Socceroos debut against Tottenham Hotspur when Reading were in the English Premiership and was the long-standing understudy to Mark Schwarzer.

The Nowra born custodian recently earned a recall to the Socceroos squad, starting in goals and keeping a clean cleansheet against FYR Macedonia, to add to his 10 caps.
