Tweet for chance to be an Asian Cup mascot

The AFC Asian Cup is the biggest sporting event in Australia in 2015 and there is an opportunity for your child to be a big part of it. But hurry, you don't have long.

Organisers of the tournament are giving away the opportunity of a lifetime for some lucky kids to be a player mascot for the day in one of the matches held in your nearest host city.

What a great way for a youngster to experience January’s tournament up close and personal with the biggest players in Asian football.

The awesome prize includes tickets for four adults and 11 children, who will also accompany a player onto the ground at the beginning of the match.

So how do you enter this competition?

All you have to do is tag a photo of your child or family enjoying yourselves at the football with the following hashtag:

#AC2015Sydney – if you live in Sydney;
#AC2015Melbourne – if you live in Melbourne;
#AC2015Brisbane – if you live in Brisbane;
#AC2015Newcastle – if you live in Newcastle or;
#AC2015Canberra – if you live in Canberra.

The pictures could be of you in the colours of your favourite Hyundai A-League club or the Socceroos or even just kicking a ball around in the park.

An AFC Asian Cup judging panel will decide the winners as well as share some of the best entries across the tournaments various social media channels.

Entries close on November 1 so enter now for a chance to be a special part of the 2015 AFC Asian Cup.
