It-s a feast of international football action for Australian international teams over the next 24 hours, with the National Team (Socceroos), the Women-s Under 19-s (Qantas Young Matildas) and Under 20 (Qantas Young Socceroos) teams all in action.   The action begins later tonight when the Qantas Young Matildas face an all-important clash against Thailand at the 2004 FIFA Under 19 World Championships. Australia must beat the host nation by a fairly convincing scoreline to have any hope of qualifying for the quarter finals, as one of the two best third-placed teams.   Following defeats in their opening two games, a good win against the also winless Thai-s, will put the pressure on the Spanish team in Group C to get a draw against the highly fancied and defending champions, USA. The Thai-s have been thrashed by six and seven goals in their two games, so Australia will start favourites and will be looking for a four-five goal win.   The match kicks off at 11.45pm (AEDST) with SBS coverage starting at 11.35pm nationally. The match will be shown LIVE into NSW, ACT, VIC & TAS with it delayed to all other states.   Then at 7.30am (AEDST) Wednesday morning the Socceroos will play their final match of the year against a Norway team, who come into the match in good form.   Coach Frank Farina, with almost a full-strength squad at his disposal, has named a very attacking line-up that includes goalscoring midfielders Tim Cahill, Marco Bresciano, Josip Skoko and Brett Emerton. Combined with regular strikers Mark Viduka and Harry Kewell, Farina will be hoping the goals will flow for his team against a very tough Norway team.   SBS- coverage of the match kicks off at 7.20am (AEDST) with LIVE coverage nationally. For QLD, SA, NT & WA viewers please check local guides for times. For those people unable to watch the match on TV, www.australiansoccer.com.au will have a LIVE MATCH UPDATE from 7.20am (AEDST).   Shortly before the end of the Socceroos game, our Under 20 team will play its second international match of the week, with a game against Argentina.   After losing the opening match against Uruguay, the Qantas Young Socceroos will be determined to set things right against what should be a very classy Argentinean side in Buenos Aires.   The match kicks off at 9.00am (AEDST), with a full match report to be posted later in the day.
