There was better luck for defender Luke Wilkshire who got through the full 90 minutes in Feyenoord’s 1-0 win at SC Cambuur, while Trent Sainsbury came on for the last 20 minutes of PEC Zwolle’s 2-2 draw with SC Heerenveen.

Adam Hughes and Harbin Yiteng were on the wrong end of a 5-1 loss at Guangzhou R&F. Josh Mitchell fared better, playing the full game for Liaoning in a 1-0 win away to Dalian Aerbin.
